As lecturers at the universities of Augsburg, Basel, Luzern, Munich, St. Gallen and Zurich our employees have been passing on our knowledge and experience to the future generation of real estate experts.

Cultural Engagement
Intep is involved in cultural projects and social responsibility; we believe in their value and we provide funding to the promotion of the arts. As a member of the association “Friends of the Zentrum Paul Klee” we have been funding the cultural activities at the Paul Klee Center in Bern since 2007.

Climate Protection
In cooperation with the non-profit foundation “MyClimate” Intep has “compensated” for all CO2 emitting processes. We offer financial compensation to promote climate protection projects and the transition to a more sustainable energy management in developing countries. Sustainability is not merely something we preach to our clients but a philosophy we live by in our day-to-day business. This includes our near exclusive use of public transportation on business travel and the exclusive use of paper from FSC certified fibers.
