Process-oriented real estate management

Process/service model in facility management (ProLeMo)
By order of the Swiss IFMA institute and crb, 30 Swiss real estate partners have developed a process and service model under the management of René Sigg. Today it is safe to say that the ProLeMo model has become an accepted standard amongst businesses reviewing their FM processes. Since its publication in early 2009, ProLeMo has been applied at different levels by companies such as F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Roche Diagnostics, armasuisse Immobilien, the real estate department of the Canton of Zurich, Infra Post AG, SIX Group, SBB Immobilien, the Institute of Intellectual Property, and Liegenschaften-Betriebe AG. ProLeMo was also included in the 2008 edition of the FM-Monitor.
