Intep projects receive DGNB pre-certification
At this year’s “Consense”, the International Congress and Trade Fair for Sustainable Building, a total of 29 buildings were certified or pre-certified by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Together with the clients and planners, Intep received the pre-certificates for the following three projects:
iCu – Intelligence Cube office building
The “iCu – Intelligence Cube” office building in Gräfelfing pairs a healthy and motivating work environment both inside and outside with a superior level of comfort for the occupants. The “silver” pre-certificate was awarded for paying careful attention to the interdependency of ecological and social systems even in the early planning phase.
Innovum 212 in Nuremberg
The Nuremberg “Innovum 212” project is part of the “modernized office and administrative buildings“ pilot and figures among the first buildings to be certified in this category. Carefully refurbished, the building provides both a high level of energy efficiency and a user-friendly design, while maintaining its original appearance - an achievement which was recognized with a “silver” pre-certificate.
”twist again“ – WankdorfCity public service building in Bern
The WankdorfCity public service building “twist again“ in Bern is the first Swiss project to be DGNB pre-certified. Their commitment to a sustainable project development from the early design phase on won those involved in the project the “gold” recognition.
