New directive on life-cycle costing
In December 2010, the German real estate magazine ‘Immobilienzeitung’ reported on the publication of the new directive 220 on life-cycle costing both online at www.immobilien-zeitung.de and in their newsletter ‘IZ aktuell’: “The new GEFMA/IFMA directive 220 is the first trans-national standard for the determination of life-cycle costs.”
Cooperation between the Berlin School of Economics and Law and Intep
The directive was developed under the lead management of Prof. Andrea Pelzeter from the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin) as well as René Sigg, managing director at Intep Munich and Zurich and Uta Käding, managing director at Intep Hamburg.
