First German Green-Building-Certification
On January 12th, the German Sustainable Council (Deutsche Gesellschaft für nachhaltiges Bauen DGNB) awarded at the Bau 2009 in Munich the office building ATMOS of the Vivico Real Estate. Wolfgang Tiefensee, Federal Minister for Transport, Construction & Urban Development, and Prof. Fr. Werner Sobek, President of the DGNB, handed the Vivico Real Estate the certificate in ‘Silver’.
The office building sited near Arnulf Park in Munich is standing out due to a high sustainability standard: it is environmentally friendly, ressource-conserving, profitable and a healthy place to work; the air quality fulfills highest pretensions.
Intep has consulted Vivico Real Estate in creating a holistic strategy that balances energy and resource efficiency with healthy environments, in which users feel comfortable. We also monitored the execution and took over the role of the auditor.
