DGNB gold certification for the “Deloitte-Haus” in Hamburg
Aug. Prien, a renowned Hamburg company, received DGNB gold pre-certification from the German Sustainable Building Council for their “Deloitte-Haus” project in Hamburg at the real estate fair “Expo Real” last week. The office building includes stores and restaurants and is located at the central Hamburg street “Dammtorstraße” opposite the State Opera House. The building will be used by the Deloitte accounting firm and its 400 employees. It will be ready for occupancy by 2012.
Intep Hamburg is providing sustainability consulting services for this renowned project and is in charge of the DGNB certification.
