FM Consulting for The M.Pire at Munich
In mid-2010, after two years of construction, the m.pire will enrich Munich’s park district of Schwabing with an ensemble of buildings which is going to set new standards in terms of elegance, efficiency and individuality.
Intep is mandated with the consulting of the FM services for the whole campus. Besides, Intep is responsible for the Commissioning management according the German Green Building Council DGNB 51. This enclose the organisation of the Commissioning management and the energy optimisation in the 1st operational year.
An office in the m.pire is calming and reassuring in many respects. In terms of energy efficiency, protection of resources and health at the workplace for instance. Even while construction was still underway, the m.pire was certified in advance with the Seal of Quality in Gold of the German Green Building Council (DGNB).
