LTD office building achieves DGNB gold certificationDGNB gold certification
“Lübeckertordamm“, a Hamburg office building developed by L.T.D. Lübeckertordamm GmbH, is awarded the premium “gold” certification by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Within this project Intep was in charge of providing sustainability and facility management consulting services. In addition, Intep was also responsible for the certification audit.
Revitalization in St. Georg
Within an extensive revitalization project in the Hamburg district St. Georg, four residential building blocks comprising 120 apartments and an administrative building were constructed on the premises of the Hamburg St. Georg hospital. The building complex was designed to provide urban spaces and environmental quality to suit both living and working requirements and benefit the general public. The charming ensemble was realized by Pysall.Ruge Architects based in Berlin.

Sustainable design
The high standard sustainability concept covers various aspects such as energy efficiency, workplace quality, low mechanization, material ecology and role-model processes. Though completed in 2006, the building fully meets the latest DGNB requirements established in 2008. This proves just how sustainable these concepts are.
